| 摘 要： | 要实现大学内部管理体制优化,构建良好的学术生态,必须遵循大学内部权力结构的运行规律.建构在"分轨制"之上的、以"校长治校、教授治学"为主体框架,以"管理队伍专职化、学术权力主体化、行政权力服务化"为运行特征的新型权力生态,是实现大学学术生态平衡和优化的有效途径.
