| 摘 要： | 流程管理在我国由概念引入、局部的流程优化向关注与业务的融合、企业流程体系的建设转变;同时,在各方面与欧美先进国家的思想和方法都存在着差异,并包含诸多问题。因此,流程管理在我国未来的发展方向是要促进流程管理共识的达成及流程管理文化的形成,还需要企业在观念上进行改变。

| Abstract: | Process management in our country has transformed from the introduction of concepts and the optimization of partial process into the fusion of concerns and business,and the construction of enterprise process system.Meanwhile,process management in our country is quite different from the thought and method of western advanced countries in Europe and America at all aspects,and contains many problems.Therefore,the future development direction of process management in our country is to promote the agreement of process management opinions and the formation of process management culture,and also to do some changes in concept for enterprises. |
