| 摘 要： | 通过对老城区消防规划的现状和问题的分析，立足于社会现实，从科学性、前瞻性、可操作性出发，重点从改善老城区的居民区、工业区、历史建筑群三方面来阐述做好老城区消防规划的几点措施。以期促进建立老城区消防安全体系，进一步提高老城区抵御火灾的能力，响应政府建立和谐社会的号召。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the status quo and resulting problems of fire control planning in the old downtown and puts forward several scientific, prospective and feasible measures to improve the fire control planning of the old downtown, which involves pratically the residential areas, industrial zone and historic structures. These measures are expected to improve the security system of fire control and strengthen the resistance against fire disasters in the old downtown area so as to build a harmonious society. |
