| 摘 要： | 运用质性研究和实证分析,对关系质量影响运行稳定性进行深入探讨;在文献分析的基础上,提出了关系质量(包括信任、沟通、承诺)与地方政府网络治理运行稳定性之间的假设模型;通过实证调研,运用SEM分析工具,发现概念模型得到较好的验证;结果显示,地方政府在实施网络治理的过程中,为了使治理网络运行更为稳定、成员间关系更为和谐,应加强相互间的沟通与信任。
