| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展，传统的矿物资源工程专业的人才培养模式已经面临较大的瓶颈。在矿业类专业现状调研的基础上，提出应用型矿业类人才培养模式，完善和健全人才培养的保障体系，使我校矿物资源工程专业人才培养适应社会对矿业类人才的新要求、新标准。

| Abstract: | With the development of the society, the traditional training mode of the talents in the mineral resources engineering is confronted with a bottleneck affecting. Based on the survey of the current situation of mining majors, the paper proposes a training mode for the application-oriented talents in mining engineering. It is important for us to improve the security system of talent training and meet the new requirements and standards of the society for the mining talents. |
