| 摘 要： | 一直以来,我国房地产业存在着融资渠道过于单一的问题,造成该行业在融资模式选择上欠科学的局面,很大程度上限制了我国房地产业的发展,因而如何选择合理的融资模式成为发展房地产业的当务之急.文中首先阐述了评价房地产融资模式优劣的主要因素,而后利用层次分析法(AHP)对其进行定量分析,进而分析如何选出满意的融资模式.
