高等学校学风建设“大学生成长团队”实践

成立学习合作小组是近年来高等学校加强学风建设的主要措施之一.沈阳农业大学食品学院以合作学习小组为组织基础,结合大学生实际工作提出“大学生成长团队”概念,旨在培养大学生的自主学习和创新学习能力.“大学生成长团队”在培养大学生学习方面具有全员、自主、创新学习能力方面的特点,有利于培养大学生的合作意识和团队精神,提高大学生的实践与创新能力.实践证明,“大学生成长团队”能够提高大学生学习成绩,促进高等学校学风建设.

The Construction of Study Style in Colleges and Universities: Practice of "Student Growth Team"

In recent years, setting up cooperative study groups has become one of the main measures colleges and universities have taken to strengthen the construction of student study style. Cooperative study groups functioning as organization foundation, taking the actual need of student work into consideration, the faculty of food science of Shenyang Agricultural University puts forward a concept of ＂Student Growth Team＂, aiming at developing student ability of autonomic study and innovative study. In developing student study style, ＂Student Growth Team＂ is characterized as participation of the entire students in study, autonomic study and innovative study, which helps to develop student team spirit and improve his or her ability of operation and innovation. It has been proved in practice that ＂Student Growth Team＂ can improve college students＂ academic achievements and promote the construction of study style in colleges and universities.
