Through the introduction to three common methods for address selection——the lowest cost method,multiple target fuzzy optimization and uncertain factor decision-making method and reference to line-segment and expert method,the paper puts forward new idea about address selection of wastewater plant with three-dimensional mode——social,economic and environmental benefits and indicates how to establish a mode and make analysis with it.
