| 摘 要： | 执政党执政的合法性基础是指执政党在一定政治、经济、文化和社会条件下实现稳固有效执政所具备的基础和条件。执政党执政的合法性,对于增强执政党的阶级基础和扩大执政党的群众基础,巩固和加强执政党的执政地位,提高执政的有效性,具有固根护本的作用。
