| 摘 要： | 美国社区学院具有独特的社会功能与教育价值,体现了平等、进取、自尊、自强的＂美国精神＂。随着美国社会经济的发展,社区学院经历了三次繁荣。奥巴马政府为重振当前金融危机中的美国高等教育,推出了重金打造社区学院的教育计划,这项政策必定推动社区学院的快速发展,出现其发展历史上的第四次繁荣。

| Abstract: | American community colleges have distinctive featuies and unique social educational function,which represent American spirit of equality,enterprising,self-esteem asnd self-renewal.With the development of social economy,American community colleges had experienced theree prosperity.Obama government Invest a large quatity of money to develop American higher education in the present financial crisis.With the implementation of the policy,the rapid development and the fourth prosperity will apear in the history of American community colleges. |
