企业现代竞争理论的演变与核心竞争力的战略选择

摘    要:当前,如何提升中国企业竞争力成为企业家、政府、学者共同关注的焦点问题,企业核心竞争力成为人们热议的话题和经济学界重要的研究对象。从企业现代竞争理论的三个阶段的演变来看,正是由于主流企业战略理论的不足才促进了企业核心竞争力理论的迅速兴起,核心竞争力的战略选择成为企业战略制定的关键问题。企业应立足自身并结合对外部环境的客观分析,以客户价值为中心,从战略定位与战略模式两方面确立核心竞争力战略。

Abstract:More attention has recently been paid to the issue of upgrading the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises and to the discussion of the core competitiveness o enterprises. According to the three-stage development of modern enterprise competition theory, the rise of enterprise's core competitiveness theory results from the deficiency of the major enterprise strategy theory, and the strategic selection of the core competitiveness becomes the key issue in the enterprise strategy making, The enterprises should establish their core competitiveness on the basis of an objective analysis of the external environment along with the customer-value centered strategic mode and strategic orientation.
