| 摘 要： | 国外近年来大量适用社区矫正,按照各国社区矫正的特点,大体上可以分为三种类型:一是"公众保护模式",二是以英国为代表的"刑罚模式",三是以日本为代表的"更生保护模式"。虽然,每个模式在适用的矫正种类上大同小异,但在执行的重点上还是各有侧重。国外的社区矫正虽然是利弊共生,但依然对我国有相当的借鉴作用。
