摘    要:加入WTO后,我国金融市场对外开放,银行业面临最严峻的挑战。个人银行业务作为银行业务的重要组成部分,直接影响着银行的经营业绩和生存空间。在国际金融市场一体化和金融产品创新浪潮的推动下,学习和借鉴西方商业银行个人银行业务的发展经验,在产品、服务、销售渠道等各个方面进行大胆创新,逐步推出符合中国市场需要的个人银行业务服务,是我国商业银行业务发展的当务之急。

Abstract:After our country's entry into WTO and the opening to the outside world of the financial market, China banking is facing the most severe challenge. As an important composition part of banking business, personal banking will directly impact the operating results and living space of the banks. Pushed by the integration of international financial market and finance creative tide, learning and drawing lessons from the experiences of western commercial banks obtained in the development of personal banking, making brave innovation in various fields such as products, service and marketing channels, gradually presenting the personal banking service to meet the market need of China are becoming urgent affairs of our commercial banks.
