健美操运动对女大学生无氧能力的影响

摘    要:目的:研究健美操运动对女大学生无氧运动能力的影响.方法:选湛江师范学院大二健美操爱好者(实验组)和非健美操爱好者(对照组)各8名女生,共16名.采用无氧功率自行车测试最大无氧能力值、功率/体重值、最大峰值功率等无氧能力指标;同时测定运动后3min血乳酸(BLa)含量.结果:实验组最大无氧能力、功率/体重比、最大峰值功率均高于对照组,两组间比较呈显著性差异(P〈0.05);而BLa含量也高于对照组,经统计处理呈显著性差异(P〈0.05).结论:健美操运动能有效地提高女大学生无氧功率,增强对BLa耐受能力.

Abstract:purpose:To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on anaerobic ability of female college students.Methods:The sophmore candidates of Zhanjiang Normal college are divided into calisthenic exerciser(the expriment group)and non-calisthenic exerciser(the control group),and each group is made up of 8 girl students.Anaerobic power capacity,anaerobic power/weight and peak power are tested with anaerobic power bicycles.At the same time the blood lactic acid was tested after exercise for 3min.Results:The target of anaerobic ability in experiment group is better than the control group(P〈0.05).Furthermore,The BLa is higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:It shows that aerobics calisthenics exercise can promote anaerobic ability of female college students and increase endurance capacity of blood lactic acid.
