| 摘 要： | 本文从三个方面论述了边疆民族地区进行先进文化建设的必要性和特殊性,指出边疆民族地区先进文化建设在于凝聚各民族的人心,在于焕发各民族精神活力,在于提高各民族素质。边疆民族地区先进文化建设的主体还是各族人民群众,只有依靠他们的力量才能建设起边疆民族地区的先进文化事业。
