汽车刹车盘片一体化平衡机系统的设计

摘    要:针对汽车刹车盘片的动平衡工艺要求和基本参数,设计出一种利用PLC为核心计算单元和核心控制单元的一体化平衡机,该机是一种全自动平衡机.利用PLC为核心,一方面提高了系统的稳定性及抗干扰能力,摆脱了以往利用工业计算机对生产环境的过高要求;另一方面,该平衡机将动平衡测量和校正两道工序放在同一工位进行,节约了相应成本.

Abstract:For dynamic balancing technological requirements and basic parameters of automobile brake disc,an integrated balancing machine of using PLC as the core computing unit and a central control unit is designed and it is a kind of automatic balancing machine.Using PLC as the core,on the one hand,improves the system stability and anti-interference ability and free from high requirements of the previous use of industrial computer for the production environment;on the other hand,it saves the corresponding cost because the balancing machine puts the two processes——dynamic balancing measurement and correction into the same station.
