| Abstract: | The Trade Union is a mass organization of the working class by their voluntary participation and an important component in the political system of our country. The democratic construction in a high de gree and the realization of political civilization are connected with the four functions of the Trade Union- the maintenance of its members' rights and benefits, participation in politics, self - construction and education for its members. The trade Union is a major power in the construction of socialist political civilization. |
