| 摘 要： | 婚姻是受法律保护的民事法律关系,其绝对权的性质决定了任何人不得侵犯,第三者介入他人婚姻的行为侵害了无过错配偶方的配偶权,给其造成了人身和财产的损失,根据我国法律及世界其他国家和地区的法律与做法,第三者必须承担损害婚姻赔偿责任。
