| Abstract: | As one of the earliest phenomena of a financial specialization in human history,currency borrowing of ancient Mesopotamian had reached a very high level.The form of loans was relatively complete with clear and flexible interest rates and wide range of kinds.There were legal constraints and the government's management.It had initially formed the professional system and had a tremendous influence on the social life of ancient Mesopotamia. |
