| 摘 要： | IT业是当今社会上承受压力较高的行业之一。IT业的飞速发展,虽然催生了知识经 济时代和信息化社会,但员工本身的工作压力也越来越大。文章从理论入手,根据实际问卷 调查的数据,运用SPSS软件从多方面分析IT业工作者的压力性质来源特点,并就应对工作压 力提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | A number of domestic and foreign researches indicate that IT industry is one of the lines exposed to great stress nowadays.While the rapid development of IT industry brings into being knowledge-based economy and information society,IT employees are working under growing stress.Drawing on many domestic and foreign theories and based on the data obtained through questionnaires,this article makes ananalysis of the nature,origin and characteristics of IT employees' stress with the help of SPSS software.Moreover,some proposals are put forward for coping with working stress. |
