| 摘 要： | 乡民社会与市民社会是20世纪中国与西方在社会型态差异方面的最好描述.正是由于其中蕴含的生产方式和生活方式、价值观念、文化理念的根本不同,使得在西方蔚为壮观的合作社制度,在中国却成为政府"强制性"变迁下的"逆向运作",发展也远不如人意.要扭转此种境况,至少有一点是必须的:农民身份的职业化、公民意识的树立和乡村市民社会的建立与发展.否则,所有一切变革农村的举措和制度.都将会是一种事倍功半或"雷声大,雨点小"的绩效.
