村民自治视域中的新农村政治文化模式构建

由参与型政治文化、民主型政治文化和法治型政治文化所组成的政治文化模式,既是社会主义新农村民主政治建设的必然要求,又是对社会主义新农村政治建设进程的推进。这种政治文化模式,在当下村民自治制度框架中具体体现为村民对自治制度运作规则的适度信任、对村民自治功能的良好心理预期、对民主权利的恰当认知、对民主规则的足够熟悉、对民主价值的广泛认同、对自身政治主体角色的明确认识、对自由与责任、权利与义务统一性的全面理解等内容。

Construction of a New Rural Pattern of Political Culture Based on Villagers' Self-ruling

The political pattern featuring participation,democracy and rule of law is not only a must but also an impetus in constructing democratic politics in the new socialistic countryside.The content of the pattern,in the current frame of villagers self-ruling,includes: villagers' trust in the self-ruling operating system,positive anticipation to its function,correct understanding of their own rights,familiarity with the concerned regulations,self-identification to its values,and so on and so forth.
