| 摘 要： | 作为政冶家的屈原有自已的法律思想。他认为，法的本源是“道”，“道”是人道而非天道。“道”至善至美而不可改变，故法律要严格而不可变通的遵守与执行。他的法律思想融合了诸子百家的观点而自成一体。

| Abstract: | As a politician,Qu Yuan has his own law thought.He taken"DAO"as the law origin and thought"DAO"is the rule for humankind more than rule for gods.In Qu Yuan's mind,"DAO"is perfect and can never be changed,so as the law.He anastomosed the thought of other thinkers and having suggested uniquely in the field of law. |
