| 摘 要： | 从科技期刊编辑出版工作实践出发,论述了稿件退修信的感情色彩是对编辑职业素养的要求,强调撰写退修信,对不同的作者要区别对待,指出强化退修信的感情色彩,必须注意洞悉作者的投稿动机和目的,缓解挫折对作者造成的心理压力,激发作者撰写科技论文的兴趣,帮助作者提高科技论文写作能力,慎重处理作者的反馈意见。

| Abstract: | Based on the sci-tech periodical editing and publication practice,the paper suggests that the emotional aspect of revision suggestion letter writing should be given sufficient attention,and the revision suggestion letter should be written with full consideration to the motivation of the author.It believes that more sincerity is called for in the writing of revision suggestion letter so as to reduce the psychological pressure of the author from setback,stimulate the author's interest in paper writing,and help the author cultivate their paper writing abilities. |
