| 摘 要： | 在南美白对虾(Litopenaeus vanamei)育苗实验中,以对虾卵黄蛋白中氨基酸的组成比例为参考,将缬氨酸添加到虾片中投喂虾苗15 d后,测定实验组与对照组虾苗的生长速度基本一致,而投喂5-12 d的实验组虾苗体长明显优于对照组,增重率差异不显著(P=0 18>0 05),成活率差异极显著(P=0 001<0 01),实验组的成活率比对照组高5个百分点.可见在虾片中添加缬氨酸可以提高南美白对虾仔虾的蜕皮速度和成活率.
