高校辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设研究

辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设对高校辅导员整体素质以及当代大学生思想素质的提高起着至关重要的作用。要明确辅导员队伍专业化与职业化建设的必要性、明确专业化与职业化建设的内涵和关系。通过分析辅导员专业化与职业化培养过程中所面临的问题,提出了完善辅导员管理机制、实施培训制度、实行岗位交流制、建立专业组织等各项措施,努力切实推进辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化建设。

A Study on the Professionalization and Specialization Construction of the Counselor Team in the University

The professionalization and specialization construction of the counselor team in the university is an important way to promote the whole quality of the counselor team as well as to improve the level of college students' ideological and political education.In the paper,on the basis of clearing the necessity of counselors' specialized and professional construction and the connotations and relationships of the professionalization and specialization.By analyzing problems faced in the process of specialized and professional training,we put forward a series of measures such as making the management mechanism,implementing training system,post communication system,structure establishing professional organization and so on to effectively boost the counselor team's?specialized and professional construction.
