| 摘 要： | 文章对大学毕业生在择业、就业过程中所呈现出的各种心态进行分析,归纳出十种心理现象,并提出加强指导,增强能力,调整心态和转变角色等相应的调适方法,以期达到帮助大学毕业生正确对待挫折,把握机遇,应对挑战,充分认识、展现自我,实现其人生价值之目的。

| Abstract: | College students are about to graduate from college and face the challenge of seeking employment, which is an important turning point in their life . This essay first analyzes and then summarizes a variety of psychological phenomena in the course of seeking employment by the college graduates, and also puts forward some adjustment methods for them in the hope of helping graduates properly deal with the setbacks, seize opportunities, boldly face the challenges so as to realize their life value. |
