| Abstract: | The Socialist Elementary Stage Theory is the major cornerstone of Dengxiaoping Theory.This theory has being deepened in understanding on the 15th CPC National Congress and it has profound practical and instructive significance in the development of ethnic nationality regions.This theory may help these regions to set its conditions scientifically and to grasp the major contradictions,aim at the transformation of material and ideology so as to be well understood the major historical mission which education undertakes in transformation. |
