从新制度经济学的视角分析了中国农村信贷供给制度的变迁历程,认为这一制度变迁完全是由政府推行的强制性制度变迁,它与农村经济主体金融需求相悖,导致了严重的路径依赖;农村内生性金融制度变迁是一个农村经济主体自发选择过程,它能够更好地适应农村经济发展的需要,因而,从外生性走向内生性是农村信贷供给制度变迁的必然选择。

From Exogencity to Endogencity: the Institutional Variance of Rural Credit Supply

This paper analyzed the institutional variance of Chinese rural credit supply from the perspective of new institutional economics, holding that such institutional variance is an absolutely compulsion of institutional variance by the government.It has gone against the financial demands of rural economic main body,which leads to path dependence.The endogenous Variance of the system of finance is spontaneous choosing process of rural economic main body,which will adapt to the rural economic development.Therefore,it is a necessary choice that the exogenous institutional variance of rural credit supply be changed into an endogenous one.
