政府职能视角的服务型政府建设误区探析

近年来,服务型政府建设已成为我国各级地方政府进行行政体制改革的重要举措,在实践中取得了一定的成效,但也存在一些误区。从政府职能视角看,理念上存在不足,政府市场服务职能有待完善,社会服务职能薄弱,服务型政府建设还不够系统、规范。各级政府应针对这些误区提出相应对策,总结经验教训,推进我国服务型政府建设。

Analysis On the Current Problems in the Construction of Service-oriented Government From the Governmental Functions Perspective

Recent years,the construction of Service-oriented Government has already become an important action that the local governments of our country carrying on administrative system reform.They have made certain effect in practice,but some current problems still exist.From the governmental functions perspective,there are some problems existing in the ideas,governmental market service function remains to improve,governments have weak function in social service,and the construction of Service-oriented Government is still nonsystematic and substandard.Governments should propose the corresponding countermeasure in line with the current problems,summarize the experiences and lessons,advance the construction of Service-Oriented Government.
