| 摘 要： | 闲暇教育模式构建是高校开展闲暇教育的关键,也是卓越工程师教育培养计划实施的重要保障。基于卓越工程师培养的闲暇教育模式构建,需要准确定位闲暇教育目标,全面把握闲暇观念、能力和心理层面的教育内容,有效利用闲暇教育课程建设、职业生涯规划和朋辈群体互动等教育途径。

| Abstract: | Mode construction is the key point of effective leisure education as well as the guarantee of excellent engineer training. To construct mode of leisure education in view of excellent engineer training, we need to understand the education target accu- rately, grasp the education content in view of concept, ability and psychological level completely. Meanwhile, it is necessary to use the education approaches by means of course construction, career planning and peer interacting. |
