| 摘 要： | 要实现高校辅导员高质量的专业发展,需要进一步加大社会支持力度,提升高校辅导员专业发展的专业影响力;要建立高校辅导员专业伦理规范和专业资格标准;要重视职业生涯规划,合理制定高校辅导员专业发展规划;要推行"个性化"的培训制度,关注高校辅导员的个体处境;要实施"多元化"的高校辅导员评价制度。

| Abstract: | In order to realize high-quality professional development of college counselors,it is necessary to do the following： 1.Further increase the strength of social support dynamics and improve the professional influence of college counselors＇ professional development;2.Establish the standards of their professional ethics and qualifications;3.Emphasize career-planning and reasonably work out their development plans;4.Carry out a ＂personalization＂ training system while paying close attention to their individual situations;5.Implement a ＂multiplication＂ evaluation system. |
