| Abstract: | Since the Event of Soviet Union and East Europe Crisis,the Communist Parties of Vietnam,Cuba,Laos and Korea have undertaken the construction of communist team.The Communist Parties in these four countries attach importance to intensify the education of their member's ideas and beliefs,the construction of right insurance and fighting decay. |
