| 摘 要： | 本文以湖南为例 ,从分析农业大省严峻的就业形势及导致就业不足的原因出发 ,阐述了农业大省扩大就业的大体思路、基本路径和这一路径选择的逻辑起点及其可行性。并提出了循着这一路径积极扩大就业必须采取的五条对策措施

| Abstract: | Taking example for Hunan province,this paper analyzes the serious employment situation and the reasons leading to employment deficiency,and illustrates the general thought and basic path to expand employment in a big agriculture|dominated province,then discusses the path's logical start point and its feasibility.The authors propose five necessary countermeasures to expand employment via the path. |
