| 摘 要： | 社会养老保障机制是一个根本的养老保障系统 ,其运作特点是由政府组织实施 ,目前在大多数的农村仍十分薄弱。最大缺陷是对集体经济的高度依赖性。家庭养老目前在农村中仍占主要地位 ,并在相当长的时期内不会改变 ,文章在对农村养老保障机制进行了深入分析之后提出了结论性建议。

| Abstract: | Social security is the basic system of rural old age security that has been run by government.The social old age security is still quite weak in most rural areas.The biggest shortcoming is its high reliability on collective economy.For most the elderly,families still are their main supports,and this kind situation will not be changed in quite a long term.After deeply analyzing the currant rural old age security,this paper concludes with some sugestions. |
