| Abstract: | The minimum living security system is regarded as "the last safety net"of the social security system in the city.It is an important part of the social secority system of the city.It plays an essential role in promoting economic development and safeguarding social stability.However,China's establishment of the urbanites' minimum living security system is relatively late,a lot of weak points should be improved and perfected. |
