| 摘 要： | 针对中小企业融资业务模式及其组织架构的特点,商业银行应推行扁平化、矩阵式的管理架构,同时可在目前商业银行普遍采用的总、分、支三级组织模式的基础上构建商业银行中小企业业务专营组织架构,并注重加快以信贷产品为中心的中小企业金融服务创新步伐。

| Abstract: | In line with commercial banks＇ SME financing patterns and their organizational structural characteristics,a flat,matrix management structure is put forward so that a special organizational structure of commercial banks＇ SME business is constructed on the base of their present three-layer structure.At the same time,innovation of SME financial services centered on credit products should be sped up. |
