试析产业集群在吸引FDI中的作用

近年来,外国直接投资(FDI)在国际经济舞台上扮演着越来越重要的角色,然而FDI的流向却表现出明显的分布不均衡,研究可以发现产业集群在吸引FDI过程中起着十分重要的作用。本文从产业集群概念及其特征出发,围绕产业集群的特征对产业集群之所以能吸引FDI进行理论与实证的分析,从而得出产业集群是影响FDI流向的决定因素的论断,并试图从政府角度提出培育产业集群的政策建议。

On the Function of Industrial Clusters in Attracting FDI

In recent years, the foreign direct investment is playing a more and more important role in the international economy stage. However, the flow of FDI displays the obvious imbalance of distribution. Research shows the industrial cluster plays an vital part in attracting FDI. This article, through a detailed analysis of theories and practice concerning the roles of industrial cluster in attracting FDI, has concluded that industrial cluster is the determining factor which affects the flow of FDI and attempted to put forward proposals for cultivation of industrial clusters.
