| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐述了农民土地承包经营权入股这一新型的土地流转模式,首先论述和分析了我国农村土地入股的现状,而且就实践中存在的农地入股后的农民权益问题、土地使用性质以及农民负担问题进行了初步分析,提出应加强政府对审批环节的控制,注重发挥农民的主人翁地位,加强相关立法,以切实保障农民的利益.

| Abstract: | This paper mainly analyzes the farmers to become shareholders as land contractors,a new type of land running pattern.It elaborates the present situation of pooling of land in China,and furthermore it analyzes such practical problems as benefit,nature of land utilization,and burdens on the farmers after they become shareholders.Finally it puts forward that the government should control the approval,emphasize farmers' roles,and make corresponding laws so as to secure farmers' benefit. |
