| Abstract: | Agency of pregnancy has changed the traditional means of pregnancy and challenged against both the traditional idea and legal systems on pregnancy. So we should make laws to regulate the agreements and act of agency of pregnancy, so that we could protect the legal benefits of the pregnancy-agents, babies and other relative parties. |
