中国中小煤矿企业生产安全之企业伦理视角研究

伴随着中国经济对能源需求的持续迅速增长,中国的煤矿企业获得了空前的发展机会。与此同时,煤炭安全生产问题,特别是中小煤矿企业的安全生产问题日益成为全社会关注的焦点。本文从企业伦理的角度,对中小煤矿企业的生产安全问题进行了具有企业道德伦理取向的分析。通过对中小煤矿企业及其所有者、矿工的企业伦理界定,对中小煤矿主管政府部门及其工作人员的管理伦理界定,以及各自间的伦理关系阐述,试图为中小煤矿企业的生产安全构建一个伦理生态系统。

Research on the Safety Production of Medium and Small Coal-mine Enterprises in China from the Angle of Enterprise Ethics

Accompanying the continuous and rapid demanded of energy by Chinese economy,the coal-mine enterprises of China have acquired the unprecedented developing opportunities;however,the safe production problems of the coal-mines,especially for medium and small coal mine enterprises,have become the focus of the whole society.From the angle of enterprise ethics,the paper analyzes the morals and ethics of the safe production problems of medium and small coal-mine enterprises,through definitions of enterprise ethics of medium and small coal-mine enterprises and their proprietors and miners,definitions of management ethics of government section and its staff members that supervise medium and small coal-mines,and elaboration of ethics relationship among each other,trying to set up an ethics ecosystem environment for the safe production of medium and small coal-mine enterprises.
