| 摘 要： | 在对湘江流域水污染治理的现状进行调查和分析的基础上,在循环经济思想的指导下,论证了通过采用新科技新工艺对生产和生活废弃物及能源进行有效利用,以达到提高资源的利用率、改善环境和提高经济效益的多层目的。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation and analysis of present situation of the water pollution in the Xiangjiang River basin,under the instruction of the circulation economic thought,this article attempts to prove that through application of the new technical craft to produce the effective use with the life reject and its energy,we may obtain the objectives of enhancing the use of resources,improve the environment and improve the economic efficiency. |
