| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期，深入探讨高校党建工作与高素质大学生培养教育具有十分重要的意义。为此，立足于“抓党建、促三风、建三高”，论述了高校党建工作与高素质大学生培养教育的辨证关系，阐述了高校党建工作在高素质大学生培养教育过程中应遵循的时代性原则、层次性原则和科学性原则，提出了发挥高校党建工作优势、开创高素质大学生培养工作新局面的对策。

| Abstract: | In the new historical period, to research on the Party construction in college and the quality education for college students is of important significance. Based on ＂Stressing Party construction, Promoting three kinds of at mosphere, and Building three high qualities＂, this paper discusses the times principle, level principle and seientifie principle of college Party construction in the process of cultivation of high-quality college students. Finally, the paper proposes the countermeasures to exert the advantages of college Party construction and start the new prospect for cultivating the high-quality college students. |
