| 摘 要： | 实现依法治国,建立和谐社会,防范和打击群体化职务犯罪应是必不可少的一环。本文首先分析了当前群体化职务犯罪的主要特点。其次,着重从社会心理学的角度阐释了群体化职务犯罪所具有的群体认知失调、罪责连带、内聚力强及轴心人物的荫庇等方面的心理。最后,提出了消除群体化职务犯罪的对策。

| Abstract: | It is a necessity for a legal country and harmonious society to prevent and punish mass official crimes.This paper first analyses the main characteristics of the current mass official crimes,and then interprets,from the point of view of social psychology,such psychologies peculiar to mass official crimes as mass acquisition maladjustment,joint liability for an offence,strong cohesive power,and leader partiality,and comes up with countermeasures to eliminate such crimes. |
