After thirty years' reform in China's higher education,many breakthroughs have been made in the school-running system,the management system,the investment system,the enrollment and employment system,the logistics and the teaching reform of colleges and universities.In the future reform of China's higher education,the concept of scientific development should be adhered to,an operational mechanism established,and the cost-sharing mechanism further improved.And at the same time,different principles should be laid down for different kinds of schools,talents produced at different levels,and the teaching reform furthered by greater concentration and larger investment.
