包头市非公有制经济的现状及对策

我们所构建的社会是生产发展、富裕文明的和谐社会,经济增长是实现这一目标的关键,实现"富裕包头"是构建包头和谐社会的物质基础。"十五"期间,包头市经济快速增长、社会稳定、民族团结,其中非公有制经济的发展发挥了重要的作用。非公有制经济的长足发展已经成为当地经济发展的主要支撑。但是,在整体发展的态势下,仍然存在阻碍非公有制经济发展的种种因素。"十一五"期间,伴随全面落实西部大开发战略,包头市国民经济实现跨越式发展,非公有制经济的发展也步入了新的发展平台,我们应努力扫除障碍、积极寻找对策,进一步发挥非公有制经济的积极作用,加快推进经济强市进程的步伐,构建包头富裕、文明的和谐社会。

Present Situation in Baotou Non-public Ownership System Economy and its Countermeasure

The society we construct is a harmonious society with developed production,and is abundant and civilized.The economical growth is the key to realize this goal.During the period of the "10th 5years",the economy in Baotou grew fast,the society was stable and the nationalities were united,and the development of non-public ownership system economy had played the vital role.In the "11th 5years" the national economy in Baotou leapt,and the non-public ownership system economy also marched into a new developing platform.We should clear the way diligently,seek the countermeasure positively,actualize the non-public ownership system economy to speed up the step of economical development,and construct a wealthy and civilized harmonious Baotou.
