摘    要:教育国际化是以知识经济和经济全球化为背景的。20多年来,我校坚持对内深化改革和对外扩大开放,努力提高我校教育国际化的程度,取得了一些阶段性重要成果。我校国际合作交流也逐步发展成为高校教育、科研和高校后勤社会化管理之后的第四职能。本文就我校教育国际化发展进行一些探讨,并提出一些对策性的思考。

Abstract:The development in the educational internationalization is the basis for the knowledge economy and the global economy. USST has persisted in deepening reform and opening up and has made great efforts to improve the level of the educational internationalization, and has achieved some important stage successes over the past two decades. The three main functions of higher leaning in China are teaching, scientifical research and the socialized management for logistics in the universities. USST has come to note that a fourth function is the international cooperation and exchanges. This article will focus on probing into the development in the educational internationalization for USST and put forward the countermeasures.
