回族社会“男性中心”观念导致了妇女的“边缘化”及对妇女问题研究的忽略,而女性研究队伍的薄弱则加重了回族学研究中的性别偏见。这就需要在回族研究中引进性别的观点,即从性别角度分析和研究中国回族社会。这将是一种理论创新,并可以弥补以往研究中的“性别盲点”,使回族研究事业沿着公正、科学的方向寻求更高层次的拓展。

Discuss on the Gender Awareness in the Hui Studies

The thought of Androcentrism in Hui society leads to the result of negligence towards the issues in woman's study. The gender prejudice in Hui studies gets worse due to the lack of female researchers. So we need to introduce the concept of gender in Hui studies that means analyzing and researching Hui society from the gender's point of view. This could be an innovation in theory so it will fill in the blind spots in gender. The innovation also will prompt Hui studies to a higher level and wider area.
