论我国中央政府债券法律制度的完善（下）

我国中央政府债券的监管和风险控制是完善中央政府债券法律制度的又一重要内容。当前,我国中央政府债券法律制度的监管风险控制中存在着亟待解决的一些重大问题。以美国为代表的市场经济发达国家的债券监管和风险控制经验对我国有借鉴意义。亟需建构具有中国特色的中央政府债券监管和风险防范法律制度,形成具有操作性的制度体系。
