| 摘 要： | 由于受到《大自然的权利》的影响,现代生态伦理的建构主要以权利为核心.权利假定了人与自然之间的对立,且权利最大化的倾向容易导致人对自然的破坏.当前的生态伦理建构不能再借助于权利,而要以责任为核心,强调人对自然的无条件的责任.

| Abstract: | Influenced by The Right of Nature, modern ecological ethics＇ construction is based on right. Right sup- pose human conflict with nature, and right＇s maximizing inclination is easy leading to destroy nature. So now to construct ecological ethics should not depend on right, but on responsibility, emphasize that human should be re- sponsible for nature unconditionally. |
